Jenny Chang, M.D. is currently a PGY-4 Emergency Medicine resident at the Jacobi / Montefiore Emergency Medicine program. Prior to medical school, she worked in the Scott Armstrong Lab at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center to study the role of certain cancer-causing genes in MLL-rearranged leukemia by using an epigenomic approach in mouse models. During residency, she took a strong interest in research focused on the improvement of physician well-being and physician gender equality. She received her B.A. in Biochemistry at Wellesley College and her M.D. at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell.
