Dr. Fishe is a board-certified Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician and Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at University of Florida College of Medicine - Jacksonville. She is the Associate Medical Director for Pediatrics for Nassau County Fire Rescue Department, and the Associate Medical Director for the UF Health Jacksonville Pediatric ED. Dr. Fishe is the director of the UF Center for Data Solutions which provides analytic support for research at UF Jacksonville. Her own research focuses on pediatric EMS care, with a special emphasis on pediatric asthma and using geospatial and economic analysis to craft custom EMS agency protocols. Additionally, she has a Lean Six Sigma for Healthcare Green Belt and hruns a pediatric EMS quality improvement collaborative with EMS agencies in Florida. In 2017, she was appointed by Florida's Surgeon General to a position on the Florida state EMS for Children Advisory Council.
