Dr Abhianv Talekar has completed his masters in Pediatric dentistry from MARDC,India. Besides practicing as a private practitioner; he is also working as an Associate Professor and Postgraduate Guide in M A Rangoonawala Dental College and Dental Research Institute, India. He has shown avid interest in interceptive orthodontics, dentofacial orthopaedics, and crowns in pediatric dentistry. His research on clinical success of various crowns on primary molar is very well received. He has worked on the dental status of child undergoing chemotherapy at various cancer treatment facilities . Currently he is working under collaboration with The University of Bern for assessing masticatory efficacy in children. He along with his team , has won Morita best case report for "Internal root resorption: Is extraction always only choice?? Dental management with 3 year old child with isolated Myelomeningocele Spina Bifida: 24 month follow up. " at the IAPD 28th Congress. He is one of the youngest international speakers and has numerous indexed papers to his name.
