Powin
KJ Plank is Powin’s Senior Vice President of Product and Analytics. His team is charged with defining and launching all of Powin’s hardware and software products and ensuring their success in the market. KJ has more than a decade of experience in energy, including time at Doosan GridTech where he guided the development of solar and storage control software and oversaw multiple BESS deployments. Prior to that, KJ had a leading role in defining the utility-scale storage strategy at Edison International, the parent company for Southern California Edison. KJ studied engineering at Stanford, business at Northwestern, and served for several years aboard nuclear submarines in the United States Navy.
