Butch Hayes is a 40 year fire service veteran with over 30 years hazmat responses experience. He retired from the Houston Fire Department and is currently a Sergeant for the Harris County Fire Marshal's Office Hazmat response team. He is alsothe owner of Hayes and Associates training company. Mr. Hayes also serves on the NFPA 470 technician committee, IAFC hazmat committee, and the Texas Commission on Fire Protection hazmat curriculum.
