Gary McCarraher is the Senior Fire Services Advisor for the First Responder Network Authority and also severs the States of Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. He has more than 45 years of fire and rescue experience, over 30 of which have been as a chief officer. He recently retired as Fire Chief and Emergency Management Director in Franklin, Massachusetts, a position he held for 20 years.
He has served as the Communications Committee Chair for the International Association of Fire Chief and has been active in SAFECOM, NPSTC and the PSAC for the First Responder Network Authority.
