Donald Abbott developed and coordinates Project Mayday ( a data gathering program). for the last six years. Most recently served as a Instructor at the VICC, Mesa Community College. Served eight years developing and coordinating the Command Training Center for the Phoenix Fire Department. The
first in the country. Prior to this assignment, conducted diorama "Abbottville" training on emergency responses and diaster management. Served
with the Indianapolis (Warren Township) Fire Department 25 years.
