Mr. Mann is currently Technical Director and responsible for technical support of sales and marketing of Kappler chemical protective garments.
Mr. Mann has been involved in the protective apparel industry since 1988, including research and development, technical support of sales and training. He manages the certifications of products both in North America and internationally.
Mr. Mann serves as a member of the NFPA Technical Committee on Hazardous Materials Protective Clothing and Equipment and the Technical Committee on Emergency Services Protective Clothing and Equipment. He has been a member of ASTM F-23 Committee on Protective Clothing and ASTM E-54 Committee on Homeland Security Applications. He has also been involved with the Institute of Environmental Science and Technology, the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation and the American Nuclear Society.
Mr. Mann is actively involved in training of users, safety distributors and salespeople worldwide, who specify or use chemical protective apparel.
Mr. Mann is a 1979 graduate of the University of Alabama, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
