Joe Mueller is currently the Utilities Division Manager for the City of Morro Bay and General Manager for Alpine Springs Water District. He is a Grade 5 advance water treatment operator, Grade 5 wastewater operator, Grade 3 water distribution operator, Grade 3 water treatment and Grade 1 lab certified. He has over 30 years of experience in both consulting and municipal work.
