Ochsner Clinic
Edward McCoul, MD, MPH, is the Director of Rhinology, Vice Chair of Academic Affairs, and Professor in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Ochsner Clinic & Health System in New Orleans, Louisiana. He holds academic appointments at Tulane University and the University of Queensland. He is a graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine and also holds master’s degrees in epidemiology and pharmacology. He completed otolaryngology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York City, followed by fellowship training in rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College—New York Presbyterian Hospital. He serves on the Editorial Board of International Forum of Allergy and Rhinology and serves as Associate Editor of JAMA Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Rhinologic Society, the Triological Society, and the American College of Surgeons.
