Brian Nuyen, MD (any pronouns) is a graduate of the UC San Diego BS/MD Combined Degree Medical Scholars Program. After graduating, Dr. Nuyen completed his otolaryngology-head and neck surgery residency at Stanford University School of Medicine, where he developed a keen interest and passion for head and neck gender affirmation and LGBT/queer physician/provider communities. He is a James Thomas, MD Voice Surgery Fellow in Portland, Oregon subspecializing in gender-affirming voice medicine and surgery.
