Alexander Clark, MD, is a PGY-2 resident physician in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery resident at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Originally from Riverview, New Brunswick, Canada, Alexander's background prior to medicine was in the performing arts. He received an undergraduate degree in music from the University of Prince Edward Island as well as a master's degree in vocal performance and pedagogy from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey. He then changed career paths and went on to complete his medical doctorate degree at Dalhousie University in Saint John, New Brunswick. After residency, Alexander hopes to pursue a fellowship in laryngology.
