Dr. Tzyynong (Tina) Liou Friesen is a board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and an associate physician in the Department of Otolaryngology at UC San Diego. She completed her medical degree and residency training at Washington University in St. Louis followed by a fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at the UC San Diego/Rady Children's Hospital. Dr. Friesen is dedicated to treating a variety of ear, nose and throat diseases in children, and she is particularly interested in the diseases of the airway and masses of the head and neck. She is part of the Aerodigestive Team and a member of the Trach Taskforce Quality Initiative at Rady Children's Hospital.
