Discipline Engineering Team Leader

Megan Diba is currently the Discipline Engineering Team Leader for bp Wind Energy. She leads a team of mechanical and electrical engineers to drive increased performance, reliability, and safety across bpWE's onshore portfolio. She also manages the fleet's annual blade inspection and repair program.
Megan has been in the Wind business since 2019, and prior to that was a Process Engineer in bp's Upstream Oil and Gas segment. She holds a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
