Chris Milan has 24 years of electric power system experience with 14 years in utility scale photovoltaics. Chris is a US Navy veteran, who in his career, has worked for Electric Power Systems, Schneider Electric, and First Solar as well as a contractor to Mitsubishi Electric Power Products.. He has coauthored three white papers on the use of photovoltaic plants for utility grid operation and ancillary services. He has leadership roles in the NERC Inverter Based Resource Task Force & Working Group as well as the standards development of IEEE P2800, P2800.2 and NERC PRC-002. Chris currently works for CrestCura, an independent testing and consulting company focused on renewable energy.
