Kevin Schroeder, Senior Vice President of Renewable Operations for Invenergy, is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and technical support of a portfolio of over 9 GW's of renewable power generation facilities. After joining Invenergy in 2006, Schroeder supported development activities and provided on-site support for the construction and commissioning of several wind farms. Following his time in construction and development, Schroeder transitioned over to operations to provide technical support for Invenergy’s operating portfolio. Schroeder spent 5 years building and growing an operations engineering team before gaining responsibility for site O&M. Most recently, Schroeder helped launch a traveling field service department focused on major component repairs and replacements. Schroeder holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
