Debra has served on the Arkansas Association of Nurse Anesthetists Board of Directors and has been a member of the AR GRC since 2017. As President Elect 2019-20, and President for the 2020-21 term, legislative issues were a primary focus. She has represented Arkansas as FPD since 2018. With the support and talents of the BOD, lobbyists, membership, and the AANA, Arkansas has opposed AA legislation, and successfully removed physician supervision from the AR Practice Act in 2021. Debra currently serves as chair of the AANA GRC.
