Dr. Sara Fitzpatrick is currently in the role of Vice President, Health Plan Consulting at The Burchfield Group, An Aon Company, where she focuses on building relationships and helping health plan clients meet their goals. Her work at Burchfield includes PBM RFPs, Medical Drug Rebate RFPs, contract negotiation, and ongoing strategic consulting.
Prior to joining Burchfield, Fitzpatrick held roles at Prime Therapeutics, focusing in specialty drug management across medical and pharmacy benefits, and at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where she lead management of the Commercial Self-Insured line of business.
Fitzpatrick has served on the AMCP Public Policy Committee since 2020.
Fitzpatrick holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
