Shari Gribbin, Managing Partner, leads a broad range of risk and regulatory solutions within the firm. Shari brings more than 22 years of industry experience in regulatory, operations, risk and security. Within the power and utility business she has extensive cross-functional expertise having worked many years across generation, transmission and distribution as well as wholesale power marketing and retail energy organizations.
Prior to assuming the leadership role for CNK Solutions, Shari spent 5 years at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in the Advisory division leading solutions for clients in both Cyber Risk and Regulatory-Compliance Services. Shari joined Deloitte after 15 years at Exelon Corporation working across all business units. She served for many years in a dual role as both an enterprise compliance business manager and lead counsel for FERC/NERC regulatory, enforcement and compliance program matters as well as cyber and physical security counsel across all business units.
With an expertise in energy industry operations, regulation and technical depth across all operational and security activities she is uniquely positioned to support the development of strategic solutions for CNK clients.
