Elyssa Kelly is senior director of alumni relations for the UConn College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, with responsibility for driving alumni engagement for the College's 110,000-plus alumni. Elyssa designed and runs the College's Women's Leadership Collective, an initiative aimed at uplifting women and creating a mentorship community for CLAS undergraduates and accomplished alumnae. During her tenure at UConn Foundation, she has also worked with the College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources, School of Social Work and the School of Pharmacy. She joined the UConn Foundation in 2016 having spent a majority of her career working in higher education policy and practice in Washington DC. Elyssa received her bachelor’s degree from UConn and master’s degrees from American University. She is a proud member of the inaugural cohort of Amplify Leads and currently serves as an Amplify mentor.
