Moe recently joined APHL in January. Previously, she worked at the Minnesota Department of Health for the last 29 years as the Emergency Preparedness and Response Laboratory Unit supervisor. Durning that time, she lead the LRN laboratory work, Select Agent Program, out reach to clinical laboratories and a number of other activities.
