Ilo Leppik, MD, FAAN, is a Professor of Neurology and Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota. He maintains an active clinical practice as well as teaching and research. He has published more than 250 peer reviewed articles as well as multiple chapters and a popular handbook. A major focus has been research of epilepsy in nursing homes funded by NIH grants. He is past president of the American Epilepsy Society.
