Emily Delgado is currently working on her M.S. in Food Science at Texas Tech Univeristy in Lubbock, Texas. She is currenlty working out of the School of Veterinary Medicine where her research focuses on developing novel detection methods to control microorganisms in ground beef products. Ms. Delgado also hold a B.S. in Microbiology from Texas Tech University.
