Adjunct Professor and Urban Farmer
UBC School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture and City Beet Farm
Vancouver, British Columbia
I grow fruits and vegetables with my partner at City Beet Farm -- our urban farm in 12 pieces in Vancouver, British Columbia. I also teach Histories in Landscape Architecture (DES 323) and Landscape Planning and Management (LARC 541) as an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia.
Previously, I studied the theory and practice of urban agriculture throughout my undergraduate degree in McMaster University's Arts & Science Program, during four summers as a farmer apprentice, as I pursued a Master's of Arts focused on Environmental History, and as an MLA student at the University of British Columbia.
