Dean Williams has 20 years of professional experience, with the last 18 years at GLS. He was the Project Manager for the 68 acre Alameda Point Site A, and has worked on numerous education projects in San Francisco and in the East Bay. He has served as Project Manager for the 22 acre Hunters View Hope SF public housing renovation, the 20 acre Visitacion Valley Transit Oriented Development (parks and infrastructure), as well as a number of affordable and market rate housing projects, including 455 Fell, Sister Lillian Murphy Community, Edwin M. Lee Apartments, and 588 Workforce Housing.
