Dalton is a Sacramento-based Landscape Architect with 16 years of experience in the Urban Places team at Stantec. Urban resilience, sustainability, and climate change advocacy are at the forefront of his design and professional practice. Dalton is active on local/national platforms for the advancement of our profession. His service has included leadership as the California Sierra Chapter's Trustee, President, Public Awareness Representative, Climate Change Committee Chair and Director/Vice President on the California Council of ASLA tracking statewide legislative efforts to ensure that landscape architects have a voice in the Governor’s plan to promote climate change responsiveness, conservation, and nature-based solutions.
