Eliot Foulds is a Historical Landscape Architect with the National Park Service's, Olmsted Center for Landscape Preservation. For over twenty years Eliot has supported the preservation of the National Park Service's portfolio of cultural landscapes through research, planning and technical assistance. He has recently been working to integrate evolving technologies for 3D visualization with "period-plans" and other conventional graphic products found within cultural landscape reports and cultural landscape inventories.
