Kristin Amlie is Principal Ergonomist and Head of the Ergonomics & Human Factors Program at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF). She uses a human-centered, systems approach to working with ergonomics, accessibility, inclusion, safety, and Universal Design to help create environments that meet the needs of all people. She is a Norwegian physical therapist with certificates in Universal Design from the University of Rijeka, Croatia; Assistive Technology from California State University, Long Beach; Home Modifications and Aging in Place; and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) from UCSF. She is Principal at Ergonomics for All and at Imagine Ergo.
