Elena Brescia has been in practice for nearly 30 years, dedicated to both public service and the creation of excellent built work. Ms. Brescia led the practice-related priorities at SCAPE from 2007 to 2019, focusing on contractual relationships, an awareness of our responsibilities, and clear and complete documentation for built work. Working closely with and learning from our consultants, Elena has negotiated complex contracts with public and private clients, advocating for the rights of Landscape Architects while embracing the responsibilities we have toward our clients and the public, seeking agreements that are fair to both parties.
