Alex Zablocki serves as Executive Director of the Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy (JBRPC) overseeing the day-to-day operations of JBRPC, including development of park planning, design, and capital projects, park programs, volunteer events and partnership projects with local non-profit organizations and governmental agencies, and donor engagement. Prior to joining the JBRPC, Mr. Zablocki served as Senior Program Manager at the NYS Governor's Office of Storm Recovery overseeing twelve storm recovery projects and programs in New York City implemented by the state and non-profit organizations, including the state's Rebuild by Design Living Breakwaters project, managing a budget of over $100-million.
