Join us in the EXPO's Olmsted Pavilion to hear the winners of the 2022 Historic American Landscapes Survey (HALS) Challenge, Olmsted Landscapes, be announced! 2022 marks the 200th anniversary of the birth of Frederick Law Olmsted, social reformer and founder of American landscape architecture. In addition to recognizing the top three submissions, this year the National Association for Olmsted Parks (NAOP) will also award three prizes for the best entries in the following categories: submission by a college or graduate student, work of the Olmsted Firm in Ohio, and non-park work of the Olmsted Firm. The HALS announcement will be followed by time for networking and conversation.
