Craig Formby, a Distinguished Graduate Research Professor, Emeritus, at the University of Alabama and Research Professor at the University of South Florida, is a past editor of JSLHR and a fellow of the Acoustical Society of America. He served as Study Chair for the Tinnitus Retraining Therapy Trial, the only Phase 3 randomized trial sponsored by NIDCD this century. He and Dr. Eddins received the NIDCD award that supported the research reported in this presentation.
