Kate Meredith is a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist with 15 years' experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist and SLT manager in adult neurorehabilitation and community services. Kate trained in Systemic Psychotherapy to better understand how to support the relationships of the people she worked with. She now works as Clinical Lead in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service and is completing a doctorate, remaining committed to supporting families going through difficult times.
