Noreen M. Kepple , is a retired Early Education/Special Education teacher whose son, Ben had a cerebral hemorrhage in 2003 at the age of twenty-three. Supplementing Ben's medical recovery Noreen and her family tapped into every resource for Ben's recovery and some they made up along the way. All therapies implemented were to preserve Ben's dignity and respect him as a person. With this important family support Ben has made a significant recovery.

•We will be discussing concepts and reading excerpts from our book scheduled to be published by Springer Nature. Royalties from the sales of this book will go directly to the UCONN Foundation to support programming for the several aphasia groups coordinated by Dr. Mozeiko, submitting author. Publication is expected in August of 2022 and this will be a continuing relationship.
