Nickola Wolf Nelson, Ph.D. is Professor Emerita of Western Michigan University. She studies language-literacy connections and is an author of the Test of Integrated Language and Literacy Skills (TILLS). Nelson has been named Fellow and received Honors of ASHA, the Kleffner Clinical Career Award, and Fellow of the International Association for Research in Learning Disabilities. She serves on the Child Language Committee of the International Association of Logopedics and Phoniatrics.
