Marilyn Nippold is a professor of Communication Disorders and Sciences at the University of Oregon where she teaches courses and conducts research in school-age language development/disorders and critical thinking in adolescents. She is a former school-based SLP and is licensed to practice in the state of Oregon. Prof Nippold is an ASHA Fellow, received the ASHA Honors in 2015, and has been publishing books and articles since 1982.
