Erika Exton is a Ph.D. candidate in Hearing and Speech Sciences at the University of Maryland, College Park. She received her B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders and B.A. in Linguistics from the Pennsylvania State University. She studies speech perception, language development, and bilingualism. She also works to design outreach activities to engage children and adults in language science.
