Dr. Shill practices endocrinology at Henry Ford Health in Detroit, with a special focus on diabetes (DM) & transgender medicine (TGM). She serves as a local expert, has published on DM & TGM in peer reviewed journals, & provides peer review. Through part of a systemwide multi-disciplinary committee for TGM care, she collaborates with many specialists, including speech & language pathologists, as well as gender affirming surgeons to provide a wide variety of care for this unique population.
