Penn State University
Meghan E. Wendelken received her master's of science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. She returned home to New York where she worked with students with severe autism spectrum disorder, most of whom relied on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). After working clinically for six years, Meghan decided to pursue her PhD. at Penn State University with a focus on improving outcomes for children with ASD who require AAC for communication.
