Mia completed her BSc Computer Science Honours degree with distinction in 2018. She acquired her Masters degree at the University of Pretoria in 2021. She worked as a teaching assistant throughout her undergraduate career and is currently employed as a research assistant at the University of Pretoria. She is passionate about utilizing automated design to make artificial intelligence more accessible to non-experts and enjoys collaborating with researchers in other fields.
