Victoria is a doctoral candidate at the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Her doctoral work focuses on the development and application of strategies in learning and language recovery for people with post-stroke aphasia. Her interests beyond aphasia recovery and strategy development include metacognition, rethinking how we measure success in aphasia outcomes, and critically examining assessment bias and its impacts on our patients, clinical care practices, research, and beyond.
