Dr. Brittan Barker is a leader in qualitative narrative research in the field of hearing health care. She is also an associate professor of audiology at Utah State University in the Department of Communicative Disorders and Deaf Education and the director of the Aural Rehabilitation Lab. Her experimental and qualitative research efforts often overlap and are centered on a common goal: to provide human beings with the opportunity to effectively communicate with those around them.
