Dr Refilwe Morwane holds a Ph.D. in AAC from the Centre for AAC at the University of Pretoria. She is a qualified SLT & Audiologist whose research and clinical practice are in severe disability. She has presented in conferences both in her country and internationally. She is currently appointed as a lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand
