Ana Claudia Harten is a Professor and Director of the Communication Sciences and Disorders Program at Eastern Michigan University. She has published and presented in national/international venues, and her research interests focus on, among other topics, SOTL, multiculturalism, and neurogenic disorders. She has served ASHA in different capacities, including as editor for ASHA SIG 10 Perspectives - Issues in Higher Education, and as a member of the ASHA Continuing Education and Multicultural Issues Boards.
