Barbara Forney-Misuraca, M.A. CCC-SLP, Ph.D. Ed. received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication Disorders from California State University, Long Beach. She received her doctorate from Walden University in special education. She has been a speech-language pathologist since 1992 and has worked in both the medical and school settings serving students and adults. Dr. Forney-Misuraca is a full-time employee for the Clark County School District and a part-time instructor for Nevada State College.
