Elizabeth Hoover PhD, CCC-SLP, BC-ANCDS is a Clinical Professor in Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Boston University. She is a licensed speech-language pathologist and holds board certification in adult neurogenic communication disorders from the Academy of Neurogenic Communication Disorders and Sciences. Her research and clinical practice are focused in socially-oriented intervention approaches for people with aphasia with a specialty in conversational treatment. Liz directs the Sargent College Aphasia Resource Center.
