David Rule is a Speech-Language Pathologist and Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati’s Barrett Cancer Center within the Department of Otolaryngology. Woody’s clinical area of expertise is in swallowing disorders with specialization in medically complex populations including head and neck cancer. He serves on ASHA’s International Issues Board as well as the coordinating committee for SIG-17, and continues to partner with the World Health Organization.
