Ms.Roman is Founder, President, and CEO of BMSI. She has a Master’s of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology and is certified by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. One of her recognitions was in 2011 by ASHA for her Outstanding Contributions in Multicultural Affairs. She has worked extensively with Hispanic and American Indian families, developing and employing culturally-relevant assessment strategies. Ms. Roman has published articles and presented to conferences throughout the world.
