Gloria Soto, PhD holds a joint appointment as a Professor in the Departments of Special Education and the Department of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences at San Francisco State University. She has coauthored two books and multiple publications in the areas of language acquisition in children and adults who use AAC, inclusive education and AAC, and cultural and linguistically responsive AAC practices. She is a frequent presenter in numerous national and international conferences
