Dr Kath Benfer is a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the Queensland Cerebral Palsy & Rehabilitation Research Centre, The University of Queensland. Her Post-Doctoral work focuses on early detection/ intervention for infants with cerebral palsy in cross-cultural contexts. Kath was a chief investigator developoing the Feeding & Nutrition Screening Tool for children with CP, and also in modifying the EDACS for children under 3 years. Her PhD explored dysphagia in preschool children with CP, in Australia & Bangladesh.
